Over the next couple of years our initiative will be to carefully evaluate different funding arrangements to provide greater flexibility. Before we can do that, we will need two to three years of claims experience under our belt to perform a risk analysis.

We were able to obtain better rates and benefits leveraging our analysis, experience, and our national (UBA) strength. We improved COBRA administration with Ceridian and resolved billing discrepancies for Life coverage. We demonstrated by action how we are experienced benefit professionals. We initiated and managed an on-site flu clinic for employees’ convenience, and provided an Employee Benefit Center website for employees to access for centralized information on their benefits including coverage benefits and contributions. Over the next year, we will be able to continue to analyze your benefit package and look at creative ways to enhance your overall benefits strategy.
