After 35 years in banking and operating my own firm I can recognize both good and bad service levels immediately. If there is ever a problem, issue or question [my Benefit Advisor] is our "go to" person and with good reason. He is responsive and attentive to our needs. I have not sent out many of these notes in the past 35 years because it is difficult to find many companies that are above average or exceed my expectations after the sale has been completed.

Insurance is not a topic that most people and or companies enjoy dealing with, but my Advisor has made it pain free. He is an asset to your company and clients.

While we had good experience that helped in establishing benchmarks for the renewal with BC/BS in the current year we had... an increase of only approximately 3.2% with no reduction in the benefit structure or coverage. This very modest increase, and direct cost to the Town, is not only attributable to all the Department Heads... .but the hard work of our partners at JRW as we worked through every detail.

For all that you've done... thank you! You all jumped right in and you've been there for us the entire way. I can't thank you enough.
