After 35 years in banking and operating my own firm I can recognize both good and bad service levels immediately. If there is ever a problem, issue or question [my Benefit Advisor] is our "go to" person and with good reason. He is responsive and attentive to our needs. I have not sent out many of these notes in the past 35 years because it is difficult to find many companies that are above average or exceed my expectations after the sale has been completed.

While we had good experience that helped in establishing benchmarks for the renewal with BC/BS in the current year we had... an increase of only approximately 3.2% with no reduction in the benefit structure or coverage.
